CITY OF BONITA SPRINGS: Voluntary Home Buyout (VHB) of Quinn/Downs/Dean Neighborhood under Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) (2020-2022).

FLAA was selected to provide Title and Appraisal services for this voluntary buyout program managed by the City under CDBG funding. The purpose of the program was to allow homeowners under consistent threat of severe flooding from storms to move and allow the city to develop improved drainage and controlled pond locations. Working closely with the city’s real estate department and legal office, multiple tasks were received and delivered on schedule.
