FLAA provided services for this 24-parcel road widening project, which included Fee Simple, Permanent Easement and TCE acquisition, both voluntary and under the threat of condemnation.  Services included Project Management, Acquisition and Negotiations, Suit/Litigation Support, Appraisal Coordination Support.
