FDOT, DISTRICT 1: SR 739 from Kennesaw to SR 82 Lee County

FLAA provided valuation services on 11 parcels of mixed-use land for SR 739 Fowler/Kennesaw to SR 82.  This project required complete before and after appraisal analysis of significant impacted partial takings under the threat of eminent domain.  It also required the coordination of eminent domain experts including, engineers, land planners, architects, surveyors, machinery and equipment valuation and general contractors.
