FLAA is an approved appraisal firm providing appraisal, appraisal review and design support services in the geographical boundaries of FDOT District 7, including Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Hernando and Citrus counties.  The scope of services includes the management and administration of subconsultants such as CPA, machinery and equipment appraisers, land planners, relocation agents, environmental engineers, title researchers, and contractors.
