FLAA identified property ownership(s) and conducted preliminary research to establish contact with the owner(s) property directly adjacent and contiguous to the subject facility east to explore the possibility of and for vehicular access (ingress and egress) to East Columbus Drive in Tampa, Florida.  FLAA services include: acquisition and negotiations; Broker’s Price Estimates; and the procurement of title services.
