PASCO COUNTY/King Engineering: Hillsborough County Line to Gunn Highway SR 54.

FLAA was responsible for accomplishing all the essential tasks necessary to produce a written Conceptual Stage Right of Way Cost Estimate Report in compliance with standard and customary cost estimating practices in the industry as well as USPAP policy and procedure for route analysis. The route analysis included a left, right and center analysis of 142’ typical section to include greenway which assumed five (5) alignments.  FLAA also provided title reports conducted per Marketable Record Titles to Real Property as specified under Chapter 712, Florida Statutes.
