POLK COUNTY: Acquisition Services Master Service Agreement (2014-2019).

FLAA was selected to provide the County, on an as needed basis, all facets of right of way acquisition. Included services: Acquisition, negotiation, closing, title, appraisal, and more. Task 1 of this contract included Right of Way Cost Estimating services for Lake Wilson Road, collaborating with the engineering firm conducting the surveys, sketches, and legal descriptions.
